HDPE Spray Coating सेवाएं are used to prevent or minimize corrosion as a result of extreme external conditions. We provide high density polyethylene (HDPE) top-coats to different metal parts and components so that they can tolerate higher operating temperatures. Components are surface‐treated mechanically and then chemically before applying high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) coating. HDPE Spray Coating सेवाएं offer a very high level of abrasion resistance & tensile strength to the coated parts. We use completely solvent-free, environmental friendly, non volatile organic chemicals to coat the substrates. The coating is applied in a simple flame spray processes by using light weight spray gun. No pre-heating or pre-mixing or other process is required.
